A number of mishaps can happen if the wind kicks up while you are docking or in a tight channel. How costly is it to repair the glass on the side of your boat? Replace your rub rail? Repair the dock? The 185 model thrusters and above are stand alone systems consisting of dry cell battery, charger, in line fuse, battery switch and professional glasswork. Install requires two days for a bow thruster and one day for the stern thruster. Most Marinas and other companies take up to two weeks to install just the bow thruster and require you to delivery the vessel.
