Dear Shane, As you know I've been boating for over 30 years here in Florida, the Bahamas and the extreme southern West Indies. I have experienced boat services in all these areas and especially in Ft. Lauderdale. My exposure to the marine services industry has usually been with larger vessels. With that qualification, I can tell you that the service you rendered was a ten. The bow thruster installation was done with high attention to detail and with great care to the surrounding work area, no clean up on our part was necessary. The gross weight of our vessel is 95,000 lbs and when the thruster joystick is pressed the bow "lurches". We couldn't be more satisfied with the whole job and especially the power of the 12" thruster. You may provide my e-mail address to any prospects.
